My Story

I founded Alfuth Enterprises in 2024, but the work behind it started long before that. Over ten years in the data industry, one lesson has stuck with me: data is only valuable when it's clear, consistent, and actually answers the question you're asking.

SQL is where I do my best work from development to administration, and training. I write clean, efficient T-SQL, manage SQL Server environments, tune indexes, and build backup strategies you can count on when it matters. But the part I enjoy most comes after the fix: sitting down with your developers and DBAs and walking through the why, not just handing over a finished script. A team that understands its own database is worth far more over time than any single query I could write. When your people can solve the next ten problems on their own because of something we worked through together, that's a job well done.

Of course, not everything needs to be handled in-house, and I'll be upfront about where that line is. When a problem is beyond what your team has the time or experience to take on, I'll handle it directly, so their training stays focused on what's realistic, and the tough problems still get solved.

That same approach extends beyond the database. If you need a website, I partner with a developer I trust to build it right. And if something else in your environment is acting up, a process that should be automated, or an IT issue no one has been able to pin down, it's still worth a conversation. If it isn't something I handle myself, I'll know who can.
